What is a Mumbhai doing in Delhi?!

Simple yet perverted actually... Happens to be that I registered for a Robotics Course at TRI Thinklabs (www.thinklabs.in) at Mumbai. Also happens that the course was supposed to end a day before college begins in Coimbatore... Now course is rescheduled and I'm gonna miss 10 days of coll if I still do it! So... turns out I got a ticket to visit Delhi on academic reasons (thats for parents yaar!).

Burned a huge hole in the pocket to get here :- flight + payguest + course itself! = 20,000 alrdy! And my own expenses which are noway less!!! One helluva vacation indeed!

But, Delhi is a cool place nodoubt. Lotta scenes everywhere, you know what ;) And a relief from hearing all those rants which you get from Mom for getting up so late and messed up daily! :D I can simply cut the call now na!

Ok so here are some pix I have rite now... not much coz still getting trouble with traveling... will be more free soon... Cya then!

2 Dilli From Mumbai!

Hi! Namaste!

This is my first, in a (hopefully!) series of blogposts of Dilli as I see it. Landed in Delhi yesterday (24/5/09) at IGIA. Have got a really nice payguest accommodation in Rajouri Garden area. And wow! The first thing you notice is ~ the sense of fashion everywhere! Dehlites are chic! [:D] (ok, thats for the gals, you see!). Well, the guys are cool too! Everbody seems to be in an elite phase, great dress sense, nice overdos etc! Come on I am from Mumbai! And I still cant get off the hangover!!!

In short circuit, the best places to have great company are 1) The Malls, and even better 2) The Metro. Keep balking if you have to, but the Metro is the domain of posh-ness it seems! No comparisons to our local trains-cum-package-carts back home in Mumbai! Damn I love the Metro!!!
